I got frustrated with the support here. It took way too long for customer service to get back to me, and when they finally did, the reply barely helped. It felt like my issue wasn’t really being paid attention to and was just handled carelessly.

My event ended up getting cancelled, so naturally I was worried about getting my money back. I reached out to support and they did sort the refund after a few days. It wasn’t exactly quick, and it kind of felt like nobody was in a huge rush at first, but in the end they handled it fairly enough.

"Got my tickets eventually"
I was just trying to grab tickets the other day and figured it would be quick, since I already knew what I wanted. I spent a little time looking around, checking dates and prices, and at first it seemed fine enough. After a while though, the pages started taking longer to load, and I had to redo my filters a couple times because they randomly reset. Checkout also wasn’t super clear, so I kept second-guessing whether I was doing it right. I did get the tickets in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the site definitely made a simple thing feel more annoying than it needed to be.

"Clear updates and a smooth ticket order"
StubHub did a decent job keeping me in the loop about my ticket order. I got emails when the tickets were confirmed and when they were ready, which I appreciated because that’s really all you want from a company, just be upfront and let people know what’s going on. It did take a little while for everything to show up at first, but overall it was easy to follow and worked out fine.

"Got paid quicker than I thought I would"
I sold my tickets on StubHub and I was a little nervous about the payout part, mostly because I kept wondering if I missed some step or if it was going to take forever. It wasn’t instant or anything, but after the event happened, the payment moved along faster than I expected.
I think it was only a few days altogether, which felt reasonable. I do wish the updates were a bit easier to follow, because I kept checking even though there probably wasn’t much to check, but yeah, in the end the money came through and I didn’t have any real problems

I panicked a little when the tickets didn’t come as fast as I expected. I know they ended up arriving, so it was fine in the end, but in the moment I was like, wait… did I mess something up?

I kept refreshing my email and checking the app way more than I probably needed to because the event was getting close and I was getting nervous. Once they finally showed up, I felt relieved, but it definitely took longer than I was hoping.

Customer service was okay, nothing terrible but nothing that really stood out either. I’d probably use stubhub again, but I’d feel a lot better if the tickets came through sooner next time.

"Felt comfortable buying my tickets"
I was a little nervous buying concert tickets at first, but the guarantee made me feel a lot better about it. The tickets showed up without any issues and scanned perfectly at the venue, so I was really happy with how it all worked out. The only downside was that the fees were still a bit high, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Tickets were pretty much as described"
I used StubHub for a concert last weekend, and everything was basically how the listing said it would be.
The seats were in the right section and row, and the view matched what I expected from the map. The only small thing was that the side view note could’ve been a little clearer.

Overall, it was a good experience. I got what I paid for, and I’d use StubHub again, though I’d still double-check the details before buying...

"Fees made the price feel really unfair"
I got my tickets without any real trouble, but the pricing on StubHub felt rough. The ticket looked like it was one price at first, and then the fees at checkout made it way more expensive. I totally get that there are service charges, but it feels kind of unfair when the final total jumps that much. Probably won’t be my first choice next time.

"Tickets came through, but the seller was slow"
I did get my tickets in the end, so to be fair, the seller came through. But way later than I expected they sent them, and I was checking my email constantly like a nervous person.

StubHub support was okay, not amazing but fine. The waiting part made it stressful though, so I wouldn’t say it was bad, just not very reliable feeling for me.

I bought the tickets kind of last minute, so I was a little nervous about how it would go. But the row and seat numbers seemed to match what I picked, and the view was basically what the map showed. There weren’t any weird surprises when we got there, which was a relief. Overall, I was happy with it.

I had a problem with my original tickets, which was stressful and felt preventable. Thankfully, the replacement tickets ended up being good seats and scanned without any issues. Not the smoothest start, but it all worked out in the end.

Look, I’m not trying to be dramatic, but my tickets just didn’t work and support really didn’t do much to help. I waited and tried to get it sorted the right way, so it’s not like I didn’t give them a chance. At this point, I just don’t feel like I can trust them again.

"Mobile transfer was confusing ??"
I bought tickets on stubhub.com and the mobile transfer part was way more of a hassle than I expected. It took forever for the link to come through, and then it sent me to another app where I had to log in again?? I was starting to worry the tickets wouldn’t show up in time for the event. They did work eventually, but the whole thing was way more stressful than it needed to be

Listing my tickets was straightforward and didn’t take long at all. I just wish the fee details had shown up earlier in the process, because it kind of felt like they waited until after I was already committed to reveal that part. Not a huge deal, but it would’ve been nicer to know upfront...

Do they send the tickets?

“Stub Hub allowed a seller to sell me a black and white copy of a PDF ticket!! I notified them and they told me my tickets are valid. They are a duplicate black and white copy of the original. There are now at least two tickets available to my seats. Selling me a duplicate ticket knowing the seller still retains the original is FRAUD. They would not resolve the issue. I have to hope the other holder of the same ticket does not get to the venue before me. STUBHUB does not care about its customers”

Is stubhug legit?

I just ordered a ticket (march) and they told me that i will only receive it in june... 5 days before the actual concert. i think i was just scammed. what should i do?

I ordered tickets to a concert and received a visa card in the mail. i am concerned. is this normal?
